About Adele Michal & Create More Now

Even as a small child, Adele Michal sought answers to life’s bigger questions.  In kindergarten, she questioned her teacher’s version of an all-knowing white-bearded man watching the world from heaven. Throughout her career, she challenged traditional thinking and dug beneath the surface – whether as a coach or consultant -- to find ways to expand people’s lives.  

Today, Adele applies her knowledge helping Conscious Business Owners sow Beliefs that reap more of what they want in business and life.

Adele’s formal education started with a BA in Religious Studies and MA in Counseling Psychology. In 1993, she began a private practice of hypnotherapy and peak performance training. For 12 years she successfully helped children, adults, and athletes attain their goals at school, at work, in relationships, and on the playing field. 

However, the question of why so many people struggle to get what they really want from life continued to surface.  She reached farther and further for groundbreaking methods that would engage the Subconscious Mind, shift limiting Beliefs, and yield better results. 

This led her to study and certification in multiple creative and energy psychology techniques such as Creative Imaging, Voyager Tarot^TM, and Visual Journaling as well as Theta Healing^TM, Psych-K^TM, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Direct Hypnosis, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).  From this extensive array of tools she can best address each client’s unique needs.

Adele’s ability to move Conscious Entrepreneurs toward their goals stems not only from her formal education and training, but also from first-hand experience managing a small business and professional practice. In 2005, she combined her multiple interests in consciousness, business, and subconscious beliefs to help Conscious Entrepreneurs move their businesses forward.  

Prior to that, she practiced as an independent coach and therapist in Atlanta, GA, where she helped clients with life design, relationship skills, and emotional balance. Even during her earliest work as a researcher and writer for CBS News’s Universe with Walter Cronkite, directing corporate videos for AT&T, and marketing a family-owned real estate company, she balanced the demands of creative output with business management, marketing, and development. 

A native North Carolinian, now living in Chapel Hill, Adele particularly enjoys the area’s rich natural beauty, artistic community, and collegiate basketball rivalries.  

She continues to ask "What are you creating today?" to help her clients and students create more of what they really want.
